Product Description

The machine is a Large hydraulic double drive four roll plate rolling machine, upper roller and lower roller are both initiative rollers, the upper roller is fixed, and the lower roller does up and down movement; upper roller and lower roller are hydraulic initiatives, while the side rollers are driven by friction from plate and rollers.

Lower roller and side rollers are driven by a hydraulic oil tank to do lifting movement. The upper roller’s center-bearing overturn and reset are also caused by a hydraulic oil tank. Rollers’ bearing and oil tank are installed on the left and right sides of the machine frame.

The Left and right machine frameworks are the main parts of the whole machine, which are totally steel welded, installed on the welded base, and all operations are finished on the console.
