Product Description

The machine is a Fully automatic CNC hydraulic four-roll plate bending machine, the upper roller is an initiative roller, the upper roller is fixed, the lower roller does up and down movement; the upper roller is a hydraulic initiative, while the lower roller and side rollers are driven by friction from plate and rollers.
Lower roller and side rollers are driven by hydraulic oil cylinder to do lifting movement. The upper roller’s center-bearing overturn and reset also driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder.
Rollers’ bearing and oil cylinder are installed on the left and right sides of the machine frame. Left and right machine frameworks are the main parts of the whole machine, which are totally steel welded, installed on the welded base, and all operations are finished on the console.
