Successful Shipment of Four column hydraulic press to Southeast Asia Client

LONGXU recently completed the production and successful shipment of a large-scale hydraulic Four column hydraulic press for a key client in Southeast Asia. This machine is custom-built to handle high-tensile thick plates and features a double drive system and CNC automatic control, ensuring superior forming precision and production efficiency.

The entire shipment process was handled at our Jiangsu production base, where the equipment underwent a full series of factory acceptance tests (FAT) before packing. The client’s engineering team was also present to witness machine operation and conduct final checks. With full client satisfaction, the machine was disassembled, carefully packed with anti-rust protection, and securely loaded into containers for international transit.

Our team documented the packing and loading process in detail, ensuring safe delivery across long distances. Upon arrival, our after-sales technical support team will assist with on-site installation and commissioning, guaranteeing that the machine enters production with minimal downtime.
