This machine is applicable to the pre bending process of the plate head before the rolling of the metal plate, and can also complete the bending forming and leveling cold pressing forming process of the plates, profiles and components.

The machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts centralized button control. The process action is controlled by PLC, which can realize adjustment and semi automatic operation.

The working pressure and stroke range of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs.

Product Features：

The machine is composed of a host and a control mechanism, which are connected by pipelines and electrical devices to form a whole. The main engine includes the body, main cylinder, side cylinder, limit device, etc. The control mechanism consists of a hydraulic pump station (power system) and an electrical box.

1. Body

The machine body is composed of upper crossbeam, worktable, sliding block, pull column, lower mold base, guide rail and mold, relying on two pull columns as the main frame, and the upper crossbeam and worktable are fastened at both ends by bolts;

The main steel plate welding structure shall be annealed after welding to fully eliminate welding stress; The main structural parts are finely processed by international advanced equipment to ensure the overall body appearance is smooth and beautiful, with high precision and good rigidity;

The sliding block is installed between the upper beam and the workbench. The machine accuracy is adjusted by adjusting the guide rail. The sliding block is connected with the master cylinder and the piston rod of the side cylinder by the connecting flange.

The guide rail is used to guide the up and down movement. The main travel limit of the press and the travel limit of the hydraulic pad are controlled by a linear displacement sensor. The control conversion points of each position can be directly set on the display screen.

2. Master cylinder and side cylinder

The main cylinder block is fastened in the upper crossbeam by the cylinder mouth shoulder and the large locknut. The lower end of the piston is connected with the sliding block by connecting flanges and bolts.

The outer circle of the piston head is equipped with a sealing ring in the opposite direction to form two oil cavities in the cylinder. The cylinder port is also equipped with a sealing ring, which is locked with a flange to ensure the sealing of the lower cavity. The cylinder port flange is equipped with a dust ring to ensure the dust prevention of the piston rod.

3. Console

The console can move freely within a certain range, and the box surface is covered with buttons, time relays, etc.

4. Travel limit device

The travel limit device is located on the right side of the machine body and is composed of a bracket, a bump, a proximity switch, etc. The sliding block operation position can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the proximity switch.

5. Hydraulic pump station (power system)

The hydraulic pump station is composed of oil tank, high pressure pump, motor, cartridge valve, etc. The oil tank is welded with steel plate, and the tank is equipped with a filter screen.

The oil pointer at the front end is used to observe the oil level. The refueling height should be at the upper position of the oil pointer. If it is lower than the oil pointer, refueling should be carried out.

6. Mold

The upper die head is made of 45 # alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered after rough machining, HB240~280.

The lower die is made of 45 # alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered after rough machining, HB240~280. The lower die adopts the pluggable die, and the lower die head changes the size of the notch by changing the slot.
